Administrative Assistant - Marketing

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
•Process and code all invoices and maintain records and budget tracking
•Serve as liaison to Accounting and business channels with regard to expense allocations and reporting
•Manage calendar, phones and travel for Marketing Management Team
•Maintain and administer Marketing Department Polices and Procedures
•Support Marketing department reporting needs and assist in vendor management
•Maintain office supplies and support/administrative budget
•Coordinate corporate events and communications
•Support departmental projects and tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate will meet or exceed the following requirements:
•3+ years administrative / office management experience
•Executive level support required
•Mortgage / Financial Services / Accounting experience preferred
•Technical skills
oIntermediate-Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
oBasic proficiency in Access
•Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
•Ability to work efficiently in fast paced environment
•Sound working knowledge of General Ledger concepts and invoice processing
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Associates Degree or higher preferred
