1. Support Partner(s), Directors/Principles, Sr. Managers and Managers (Although it is recognized that the support provided to a Manager is limited in nature, these groups will need the administrative assistant to support these Managers so they may service their group.)
2. Usual Administrative support
3. Handle sensitive/confidential information where a high level of discretion is expected/required.
4. Manage daily schedules, ensuring information and materials are available for travel, meetings and conferences; coordinate internal and external meetings, interviews, conferences, etc.
5. Analyze and summarize incoming communication; manage access of others to clients;
and effectively represent client's view(s) and act and report on client's behalf.
6. Develop strong relationships with all levels of staff, clients and external clients and interact in a professional manner always maintaining the image of the executive offices.
7. Prepare and submit check requests and expense reports, including conversion of exchange rates
8. Draft and type memos, correspondence and generate complex reports as needed.
9. Collect and analyze data and draw preliminary conclusions/recommendations for clients.
10. Effective use of all firm software, databases.
11. Extensive expertise in full range of secretarial skills and use of office equipment.
12.
