Administrative Assistant II – Project Supply Management


Hilton Hotels Corporation is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist the Senior Director – Project Supply Management with administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities will include:Maintaining department information systems, requisitions, purchase orders and logsTyping, copying, distributing and filing paperworkAnswering and responding appropriately to telephone callsAssisting the Director and Agents with administrative duties in order to ensure accurate and timely distribution of information and professional supplier interaction.Assisting Project Supply Management Team with supplier interactionsOrganizing the office supply storage spaces, determining supply needs and executing requisitioning process to replenish suppliesRetrieving supplies from remote storage locations and transporting them to the office storage spacesTracking progress of routine paperwork requiring routing for approval or process by other departments or staff membersAdditional duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have a High School diploma and 1 - 2 years of experience in an administrative or purchasing position. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Additional requirements include:Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to input data and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written/oral communication skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
