Administrative Assistant II for Fast-growing, Upscale Law Firm

An Administrative Assistant (II) is needed for a fast-paced, top-notch, growing law firm in Downtown San Francisco. Great benefits, yearly and long term bonus incentives, 3 weeks paid vacation and even complimentary breakfast every morning for a polished, professional services candidate with 3-5 years administrative experience.

We are seeking an organized, dependable and responsive individual with strong collaborative skills to provide administrative support to members of our managerial team. Essential responsibilities include: assisting with managing departmental work production while assisting 2 managers, databases and meeting logistics; organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files; answering and screening calls and processing A/P and vacation requests. General responsibilities also to include: typing, copying, faxing and e-mailing; and performing any other duties needed to assist in the department. Three to Five years prior office experience is required; law firm, operations/facilities, technology, or human resources experience is a plus since assistant will be helping with office expansion and relocation. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. The successful candidate will be professional in presentation, with excellent discretion, and the ability to interact with people on all levels. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel required. Familiarity with Lotus Notes and knowledge in or the ability to learn KRONOS time keeping software quickly. High level of professional services experience and ready to hit the ground running. The firm is growing and expects to have added close to 40 attorneys in the next year.
REQUIREMENTS
1. 3-5 yrs. experience (law firm, operations/facilities, tech or HR preferred) 2. Professional presentation (no "casual Fridays") 3. Interact with people on all levels, great initiative and strong professional service skills
