Reznick Group, one of the nation's fastest growing public accounting and business advisory services firms, is seeking a HR Administrative Assistant to join the Human Resources team for their Bethesda office. Reznick Group is ranked among the top 20 public accounting firms in the nation, maintains six offices across the US, and has approximately 900 employees servicing clients nationwide and across multiple industries.This is a newly created position for an Administrative Assistant to support the HR function of a growing organization with over 900 employees. You will be responsible for providing executive support to the Principal in charge of the HR Department.


The Administrative Assistant will report to and receive instruction from the HR Principal. The primary responsibilities of the HR Administrative Assistant are focused in the following 3 areas:

Principal Support
General Administrative Support
Personal and Professional Development


Principal Support

Manage and maintain calendar.
Manage phones, as directed.
Manage email, as directed.
Make travel arrangements, as requested.
Process expense reports in an accurate and timely basis.
Maintain contact database and networking lists.
Support Principals' client work.
File, collect mail, compose documents, and schedule meetings.




Personal Development

Maintain professional image and attitude, acting consistently as a representative of the firm.
Demonstrate regular, predictable, and timely attendance.
Recommend improvements to work methods or procedures/administrative problems.
Earn confidence, trust, and respect from Reznick Group professionals and administrative staff as well as clients.
Enhance technical skills and continue to develop other areas of expertise.
Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and creativity.
REQUIREMENTS
Travel Percentage: 0%
Essential Experience (special skills and experience, licenses, certifications, and education)

Excellent client service skills
Solid writing and language skills
Previous administrative experience, preferably 5+ years in a professional environment, at least 3 as an executive assistant
Familiarity with computers, general office equipment (e.g., copiers, facsimile machines).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle various tasks at same time and prioritize duties as necessary
Proficiency with computer applications including, but not limited to, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Elite, Apex & Webview a plus
