The TPC The Canyons is a daily fee golf club. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to the General Manager. This position will provide administrative support to the GM and be responsible for the entry level human resources functions for the club. Responsibilities include:drafting/typing correspondence, answering the telephone, and other secretarial functionspayroll processing and employee related document processingordering office supplies and maintaining club calendar.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications include:2-3 years administrative experienceentry level HR experienceprior payroll experience/familiarity with Kronos timekeeping systems preferreddetail orientedstrong organizational and communication skillsservice and employee oriented.
