Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Financial Services Industry

Hart Financial Services specializes in helping people address their financial, investment and estate planning needs. For over 20 years Hart Financial has been serving clients in the Portland metro, providing advice and services to help them achieve their wealth management and lifestyle goals.

Hart Financial Services is now seeking a talented part-time Administrative Assistant to join the practice. This position will provide administrative support to the financial consultant by maintaining files, preparing correspondence, running reports, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, along with organizing, coordinating and maintaining all client paperwork. This position will also research and resolve client service problems as needed.

There is a possibility that this position will be re-classified to full-time after 90 to 180 days of employment.

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have had 3 or more years of administrative experience in a professional office setting. They will possess strong clerical, computer and customer service skills. They will be able to demonstrate past success using initiative, creativity and strong attention to detail. Previous experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
