Responsibilities include meeting coordination, travel arrangements, generating meeting agendas and correspondence, managing calendars, answering phones, completing expense reports, and various clerical duties. This position involves frequent contact with a variety of individuals. The Administrative Assistant must be able to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality. Additional activities may include participation in a variety of projects and reporting, as well as personal work. Preferred hours are 7:00-4:00Qualifications
Hiring Criteria:
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional attitude and demeanor
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Proficiency in Windows, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
Experience with electronic calendaring (Lotus Notes is a plus)
Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
