Administrative Assistant/Business Development Coordinator

ALL-STATE LEGAL has 60 years of providing complete law office systems that maximize a firm's efficiency and profitability. Our products include a full line of quality stationery, design services and law office supplies. We are seeking an administrative assistant to support our business development initiatives in our sales/marketing department. Key responsibilities will be split 50/50 between the following: 1) Managing and preparing formal RFP/RFI responses, sales communications and programs; database and CRM hygiene support 2) Administrative support for the V.P. of Sales and Marketing, Sales and Marketing Managers and the Field Sales Team Individual is also responsible to create and maintain a library of communication materials, provide sales and marketing in any way needed with target opportunities, identify the need for new sales/marketing materials and assist in creation; act as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing team, as well as, Customer Care and operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate will be detail oriented with excellent written communication skills and the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced setting. Strong client service orientation and project management ability with research and analysis capabilities. Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications.
