Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
Description:
Candidate will be responsible for accounting, and administrative functions as needed. Candidate should be able to excel and adapt in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to:
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Financial Statements, some Payroll and Taxes, etc.
• Interact with customers and vendors, Order Entry, Inventory Control, Invoicing, etc.
• Develop processes and systems to streamline bookkeeping & administrative tasks.
• Identify inefficiencies and ways to improve profit/reduce cost
• Process payroll and prepare tax forms using automated system
• Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues (quantity, pricing, terms, etc.)
• Reconcile bank accounts and vendor statements
• Answer phones, general filing/scanning, assist with other duties as needed
• Help implement checks & balances such as fulfillment house invoices, payment processing and merchant processor fees, vendor credits, etc.
• Assist Operation Manager on various administrative related projects.
• Create monthly and quarterly financial reports using Proprietary Software, MS Small Business Financials, and Excel

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
• Detail oriented, analytical thinker with strong communication skills
• Skilled in MS Small Business Financials a plus!
• Strong MS Word & Excel, and Internet skills
• Must have excellent organizational skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Good work ethic and highly motivated.
