Administrative Assistant!!!!

Large Tempe company in need of an Administrative Assistant in the Land Department.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Correspondence
-Creating and Maintaining Reports
-Calendar Maintenance
-Meeting Scheduling
-Travel Arrangements
-Customer Contact
-Data Entry

Hours will/can be: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday, but would be able to start as early as 7am.

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED plus 12 semester credit hours in business related subjects. Over 1 year and up to 3 years of experience in a secretarial or customer contact position. Proficient in the operation of Microsoft Outlook and MS office suite.
Accuracy and attention to detail or work.
Ability to organize and prioritize work to provide efficient office operation.
