Administrative Assistant

Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc., a leading commercial/industrial electrical merit contractor is seeking an organized, self motivated individual to support our project managers in our Pelham, Alabama office.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities include tracking project documents such as specifications, submittals, O&M manuals, drawings, date entry of estimates and budgets, interaction with vendors, field staff, receptionist duties and general office support.

Ideal candidates will be detailed oriented, possess strong communication skills both written and verbal and have excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office required. Knowledge of the electrical industry a plus.
