Administrative Assistant 2

Performs moderately complex administrative tasks for a manager and/or department. Provide adminstrative support to FHA Multifamily Insurance/Payoff Department in accordance with established procedures. Functions include: generating monthly insurance renewal letters by running and reviewing system reports and printing letters, preparing various letters for the department, run daily disbursement reports, handle the tracking of HUD prepayment approvals and mortgage insurance premium refunds by excel spreadsheet, update various payoff reports in excel and access, sort and distribute mail for the department, various clerical support duties including copying, filing, faxing and preparing overnight shipments, ordering office supplies.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: MS Word (including Mail Merge), Excel and Power-Point.
* Preferred Skills:1-2 years office experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access.
