Legg Mason is currently seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to work out of the Miami, FL location. The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

'Travel and expense reporting
'Making travel arrangements for internal employees
'Ordering of office supplies
'Answering phones
'Preparing shipments for courier services
'Distribution of mail
'Administrative support to sales representatives

Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting. They must have working knowledge of MS Office. Superior written and verbal communication skills are required. The candidate should be fluent in English and Spanish. They must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
