Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Culver City, CA.Job Responsibilities:The Administrative Assistant will support the Executive Director of Provider Healthcare for the western region. This position must also provide support for the teams of these directors if necessary.The candidate needs to be able to handle a consistently changing environment, from working alone to having an office full of associates. The candidate must have Senior Admin. experience, and must be poised and confident. They must know how to handle changing agendas, travel, and appointments and have the ability to provide a variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.The candidate will serve as administration liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to scheduling, purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations and may provide a specific service such as mail distribution, filing or data entry.Typically, the Administrative Assistant provides routine clerical and administrative assistance to assigned Account or Group. The candidate will assist in maintaining departmental budget, scheduling travel plans, arranging a high volume of conference calls and ordering office supplies. Answers phone in a friendly manner, produces correspondence, and other materials from rough drafts. Interacts with associates and clients to supply information. Supports special projects and assignments.Required Skills:
A minimum of 5+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent.

Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel

Travel coordination

Expense reporting

Excellent oral and written communication skills.Desired Skills:
Creation of presentations in PowerPoint from rough draft

Meeting coordination experience
