Job Summary



Performs clerical office work for the New Accounts Group such as document processing, record keeping, and report compilation of intermediate difficulty in the sense of depth of analysis and use of individual judgment required.



Main AccountabilitiesEnsures timely and accurate completion of department work.Receives, classifies, reconciles, consolidates, and/or summarizes documents and information.Coordinates response or services requests between several departments. Maintains record of documents processed and controls to assure completion. Compiles regular and special reports, following established formats and procedures. Utilizes standard office equipment for recording, storing, retrieving, and presenting information. REQUIREMENTS
Requires a high school degree or equivalent, plus one to two years of prior administrative experience. A sound knowledge of company and/or department procedures related to work performed. Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills to analyze operational problems in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to prioritize.
