Accounts Payable Specialist

Major Function:
Position’s main focus is data entry and document control to support the A/P function for all branches and shared services

Specific Duties:
-Data entry of expense invoices, 1099 contractors, Associate Vendor contractors and garnishments into PeopleSoft System
-Maintenance and control of all paid files according to corporate requirements
-Audit internal expense report, authorize for payment
-Assist Senior A/P Specialists with various projects
REQUIREMENTS
Experience Necessary:
- High School – prefer 2 yr college
- Bookkeeping or A/P experience
- Maturity and control under fire a must
