Accounting and Office Manager

Mid-sized (75 person +) event planning and party rental company seeks Accounting and Officer Manager to help move to the next level. This person will be responsible for supervising 4 Accounting Clerks (accounts payable and accounts receivable), all insurance and purchasing coordination, as well as general office management. This is an excellent opportunity with a good salary, benefits, and work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Requirements:
2+ years QuickBooks and bookkeeping management (a/r and a/p) experience2+ years managing an office, including insurance (workers' comp, auto,2+ liability, etc.) years supervisory experienceHighly Desired:
2+ years experience with a firm in the New York City metro area that has2+ inventory/delivery/pickup operations (orders, packing slips,2+ deliveries, pickups) experience
Ability to manage a complex paper trail to ensure operational effectiveness Strong experience organizing and improving process flows for a delivery based business
