Account Manager, Client Service Center
The Account Manager acts as a liaison in the service process between HealthCare Strategies, employer groups, claims payors and internal departments. This person is also responsible for the overall day-to-day duties associated with the management of our clients.Day to day issues include; providing our clients with clinical updates, answering eligibility questions, respond to website issues, some travel to attend benefit fairs and supply reporting for our client groups.The position also handles daily emails and calls from internal staff dealing with questions regarding eligibility, coordination of benefits, clinical updates, as well as fee negotiations and out of plan arrangements.In addition, this position interacts with Account Executives regarding current and new clients implementation processes and ongoing account management issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires:* 2 years of relevant client/customer service
* AA degreeAbilities/Skills:
* Strong Project Management
* Ability to multi-task and meet specific deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated problem solving skills and decision-making skills
* Maintain a working knowledge of healthcare products, services, regulatory and legislative updatesPrefer:
* Depth of Knowledge in benefit plans, claims processing, customer service, healthcare industry processes, and plan rules.
