Account/ Customer Service Representative

PrideMark-Everest is looking for a talented individual to hire as a Customer Service Representative in our Santa Ana office. We are looking for someone who possesses a talent for working with people, is detail oriented, and is motivated by helping others.

The CSR position is integral to the operation of the agency. As a CSR you will serve customers, complete policies, maintain accounts and the data base, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and maintain client satisfaction and quality results.

• Experience in Commercial lines with a current California insurance license.

• Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, and handles complaints.

• Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.

• Can define own role, take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

• Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data.
