Account/ Customer Service Representative
PrideMark-Everest is looking for a talented individual to hire as a Customer Service Representative in our Santa Ana office. We are looking for someone who possesses a talent for working with people, is detail oriented, and is motivated by helping others.
The CSR position is integral to the operation of the agency. As a CSR you will serve customers, complete policies, maintain accounts and the data base, ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, and maintain client satisfaction and quality results.

Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.
Can define own role, take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal guidance.
Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data.
