We serve more than 14 million health plan members in 36 states. We seek a detail-oriented, organized professional to manage vital benefits, eligibility and authorization information from our Phoenix office.

Utilizing your effective communication/interpersonal skills, your duties will include:Communicating preauthorization/notification numbers for approved authorizations to members and verifying member statusContacting referring/rendering physicians with information on patient eligibility, applicability of service/coverage requests and all NIA covered servicesReceiving provider verification requests, verifying data and recording request information into the databaseManaging phone and Fax requests for general informationParticipating in systems testing, management programs and performing other duties as requested

The successful candidate has a HS diploma, excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to provide exceptional customer service. Our preferred applicant has experience with medical terminology, such as CPT & ICD-9 codes, and is computer literate. Customer service experience, preferably in a multifunction call center, will be helpful.
