BELLAGIO RESORT AND CASINO, LOCATED IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, IS CURRENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR ITS BANQUET SET UP DEPARTMENT. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE DEMOSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN CATERING AND BANQUET OPERATIONS. BELLAGIO OFFERS EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADVANCEMENT, OUTSTANDING BENEFITS, AND A COMPETITIVE SALARY. JOB DESCRIPTION - ASSISTANT MANAGER - BANQUET SET UP

MUST HAVE AT LEAST TWO YEARS SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN BANQUET/CONVENTION OPERATIONS.
EXPERIENCE WITH PURCHASE AND WORK ORDERS, AS WELL AS EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF ROOM SET-UPS.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
COMPUTER SKILLS TO INCLUDE MICROSOFT WORD AND EXCEL.
BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN HOSPITALITY/RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT OR RELATED FIELD IS PREFERRED.Please send resume via e-mail to
