AP Quality Control Analyst
job description Join the Shared Services team and conduct audits to ensure adherence to AP procedures and comply with AP company policy, standards, and guidelines. Conduct daily audits to identify duplicate payments. Conduct and develop audit related procedures designed to ensure accuracy of payments. Improve efficiency of audit process by developing audit methods, which are both comprehensive, but more expeditious than the current method. Manage departmental risk by creating detective controls to ensure the integrity of all payments.
job requirements Position requires a High School diploma or equivalent experience; 4 years experience in Accounts Payable or related field; intermediate skill level in Excel and Access; familiarity with basic accounting principles; and ability to work overtime, as required. Experience with PeopleSoft Financials is preferred.
