ADMIN TECHNICIAN III

Assists in the daily administration and maintenance of Maestro users at the Region Manager level and above including all home office users for the network branches in US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Duties include responding to general inquiries regarding Maestro access requirements, user permissions, and entitlements. Also responsible for assisting with the semi-annual Maestro entitlement review. Other responsibilities will include assisting with other MOST processes such as rate exception lock-outs, pre-payment penalty waivers, payment history research, making call backs to branches for resolved issues, and providing general administrative support MOST and other Centralized Operations departments. REQUIREMENTS


High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years experience in an administrative role and/or providing timely service. Prior exposure to Maestro is preferred, but not required.

Analytical skills- prioritize requests and respond accordingly and in a timely manner. Accuracy of processing is critical to adhering to corporate system entitlement polices.

Communication skills- excellent phone and interpersonal skills used appropriately in dealing with all level of management.

Interpersonal skills- ability to work as a member of a team and demonstrate ability to work directly with people in a customer service capacity.
