2 - Front Line RE Administrative Assistant(s) - DC Metro Area

This job posting has been revised.We have two interesting opportunities for an experienced and professional Administrative Assistant to work within our DC Metro area. These are busy front desk positions and provide general and specifically directed support at two of our operations offices. Duties are varied, interesting. The successful applicant(s) will be able to juggle changing priorities and use their strong administrative skills to contribute to the strategic goals of our success-oriented RE teams.

Highlights of primary responsibilities include:Usual duties to support the daily and front desk activities in the office.Assist other department work overflow as directed by the local manager.Assist the local manager with routine financial and related report preparation.This may include monthly and quarterly reporting at the direction of other department managers.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma and minimum 5 years experience in a professional office environment required. Commercial real estate experience preferred.Previous front-line, front desk experience essential.Work requires continual attention to detail for calendar management, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Must have:Superior interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, flexibility, tact, and diplomacy while working effectively with moderate direct supervision.Proven ability to interact and communicate with customers, visitors, and individuals at all levels of our organization.Verifiable proficiency with internet research and a variety of business software applications (MSWord, Excel and Outlook) required. Experience with other MS Office Suite applications (PowerPoint) a plus.Proven experience in a fast-paced, sophisticated business environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
