Description Responsibilities:


• Define, develop, and implement best practices for global electronic payment solutions.
• Contribute insight and thought leadership on industry issues and trends.
• Conduct research, communicating your analysis and business strategy advice in written reports, oral presentations, and client interaction.
• Fulfill high-quality customer service objectives to ensure client satisfaction and service growth.
• Interface with senior executives to provide subject matter expertise and advisory guidance.
• Manage and maintain all external vendor relationships as related to electronic payments
• Interface with Finance and related departments to drive continual system improvements
• Identify and track current fraud trends by reviewing accounts and transaction content and quality
• Assist in Revenue Department month end close procedure.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree required [Finance or Accounting preferred]
• 3+ years WEB/Ecommerce solution (B2C) experience with thorough understanding of technology platforms and back-office processing
• Candidate must possess knowledge of VISA/MC/AMEX rules and regulations.
• In-depth understanding of prevention tools/strategies to detect/mitigate losses resulting from electronic transactions.
• Extensive experience dealing successfully with business partners such as Paymentech, Verisign, and CyberSource
• Demonstrated experience in creating policies that enable advanced capabilities to clients.
• Oracle 11i, Cognos, and/or Hyperion experience is a plus.
