The senior /supervisor accountant's
responsibilities include:

Direct the audit fieldwork of staff accountants.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients.

Develop and provide performance feedback to audit staff.

Research accounting and audit issues.

Contribute ideas and opinions in a dynamic team environment.

Work with partners and engagement executives in developing audit approach.

Little or no travel is required.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must have:

Certified Public Accountant

Between 2 to 5 years of auditing experience with a local, regional or national CPA firm.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent project management skills.

Devotion to teamwork.

Integrity is a must.
