Classification: Full Time Compensation: $40000.00 to $45000.00 per year Our growing Clear Lake client is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their Supply Chain Management group. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for proper administration of general accounting tasks, cost forecasting, and cost reporting and analysis.Accountabilities
Timely and accurate expense report processing
Timely and accurate accounts receivable reconciliation and invoicing
Timely and accurate input of the 18-month cost forecast into SAP
Accurate reporting of operating costs and other financial information
Backup accounts payable clerks
Internal customer satisfactionResponsibilities
Reconcile of local bank accounts
Review, process and maintain files for card holders' T&E reports
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts assigned to this job
Reconcile the accounts receivable accounts
prepare and issue monthly invoices
Assist in analyzing actual and forecasted cost performance. Input cost forecast into SAP
Provide backup coverage for accounts payable clerks as needed
