Weatherization Auditor & Technician

The Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency's Energy Services Program is recruiting for the following two positions:



Weatherization Auditor

$14.91 per hour, with benefits



The Weatherization Auditor performs energy audits on low-income client homes to determine weatherization measures and home repairs necessary to improve heating efficiency and correct situations threatening safety or health. To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and; an Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Weatherization Technician

$12.79 per hour, with benefits



The Weatherization Technician performs prescribed general heat loss and air infiltration measures to improve the efficiency of operating systems and correct situations threatening health or safety of housing occupied by low-income persons. To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and; 1 year of additional training or experience in weatherization, carpentry, or related field; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
