Warehouse Back Order and Change Controller

Responsibilities of the Back Order and Change Controller include:
Backorder verification and analysis.
Processing the appropriate paperwork for Return to Stocks, Material Releases, Order Changes, Engineering Holds, etc.
Cycle Count Issuance, reconciliation, root cause and reporting.
Coordinate special handling/audits with other plants.
Operates cherry picker to research inventory issues.
Reconciles PkMS / PeopleSoft inventories.
May assign and re-profile picking locations
Works with Supervisors to improve/solve safety, quality and production issues.
Performs other distribution duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree preferred
Proficient with MS Excel and Word
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
Ability to read and write English
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to work various hours, including weekends and extended shifts
Reach truck and/or Order Picker Certified preferred

Swing Shift - 1:30pm-9:30pm
