Vice President of National Sales

Hours: M-F 8AM to 5PM

Key Accountabilities:

1. To ensure National Sales Department meets Sales Targets 1) target market penetration, 2) new business profitability, volume and transaction growth.
2. To ensure that existing strategic customers are retained during and after contract renegotiations.
3. To ensure National Sales team meets the sales targets set within the industry vertical segments.
4. To exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships within the organization.
5. To implement programs designed to develop the staff both professionally and personally for overall benefit of the organization.
6. To actively participate as a member of the organization’s Leadership team.
7. Understand and adhere to all bank policy, laws and regulations applicable to role.
8. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
9. Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in the FNBO Compliance Accountability Program.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

1. 5 YEARS PLUS SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE IN SALES MANAGEMENT.
ABILITY TO ANALYZE COMPLEX SITUATIONS.
2. UNDERSTAND FINANCIAL INFORMATION AND MAKE SOUND LOGICAL DECISIONS.
3. STRONG LEADERSHIP, PRESENTATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
4. ABILITY TO DEVELOP DETAILED BUSINESS PLANS AND SUCCESSFULLY IMPLEMENT THE SAME.
5. 50% TRAVEL REQUIRED.
6. BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN BUSINESS.
7. MERCHANT PROCESSING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE preferred.
