In the role of the Vice President of Financial Reporting, applicant would be responsible for the management, review and coordination of the Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual Reports. The role would require management of financial analysts and supervisors in the preparation of the financial statements and notes and other job related responsibilities. The Vice President of Financial Reporting would be responsible for interacting with external auditors to provide support and offer clarification during audits. Information will also be provided to other departments as needed to complete Prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information and other financial reporting projects. The Vice President of Financial Reporting would also be responsible for coordinating special projects for senior management as requested.What else can we tell you?

REQUIREMENTS
Who is our ideal candidate?
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in creating financial statements including notes, and a total of 10 years of accounting experience and would have a Bachelors degree in accounting. Candidate must have Mutual Fund or Financial Services experience. CPA and/or MBA a plus.
The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented, have great organizational skills with the ability to function in a very fast paced, tight deadline environment. The ideal candidate will also have strong written and verbal communication skills combined with strong problem solving skills. In addition, the ideal candidate must have experience successfully managing others.
