Vice President of Finance/CFO

National company in the health care arena is seeking a CFO or a Vice President of Finance. This organization is on the grow and needs a strategic finance professional to join their team.
This SR Executive position oversees All Finance, Accounting, Human resources, legal and facilities for the company and is a key position.They are looking for the "best of the best" Therefore they are offering an excellent base salary plus bonuses and an equity opportunity.They are looking for a professional that can direct long term forward planning, financial modeling and accounting practices for the organization. Heavy emphasis on Financial Analysis and planning. As well as oversee treasury, accounting, budget, tax and audit practices and raising capital.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have the following:*Stable Executive level Finance management exp
*Small/mid sized company experience "Hands on"
*strong analytical skills and financial modeling
*Strong forcasting and budgeting skills
*CPA or MBA Required
*exposure to sec filing/reporting a +
*experience with raising capital, both debt & equity preferred
