Basic Function of the Job:

Responsible for ensuring high quality deliverables for the global organization for the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and HRMS as demonstrated by compliance with all relevant external regulations, internal SLAs <service level agreements> and alignment with our corporate strategic goals. Primary responsibility for the following: design and implementation of compensation and benefit programs that meet the needs of a diverse and evolving organization; enhance and integrate HR Systems to provide better information to management and improve productivity of employees; and establish strong control environment within functions.

Essential Job Functions

A.Drive the development of a total compensation strategy for the organization, which will include the creation of a multi-year, multi faceted global compensation hierarchy, which will serve as the framework in which the organization will operate and develop additional programs.
B.Ensure adherence to Sarbanes Oxley requirements in all functions. Recommend process improvements and changes to improve productivity.
C.Determine the go forward strategic direction of all HR systems. Enhance human resource reporting and analysis tools to empower management with more information. Integrate and implement systems/modules to improve overall efficiency of employees.
D.Provide leadership for the processes, systems, preparation and disbursement of the company's payroll. Ensure strong operational processes and controls within the payroll function are established and followed.
E.Assure through audits, reports, and personal expertise that company programs/practices are consistently administered in compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
F.Develop progressive and proactive compensation and benefit programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance. Continually assess the competitiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
G.Develop an effective communication strategy and educational materials to ensure that the compensation and benefit programs are fully understood and appropriately valued by employees and managers.
H.Develop, coach, mentor team of professionals.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Related field.
Certifications in Compensation, Benefits, HRMS or Payroll a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

A.10 + years experience in a Human Resource Executive capacity focusing on Compensation, HRMS, Payroll and Benefits.
B.Strong foundation in all compensation programs (base, bonus, STI, LTI, Executive, Structures). Demonstrated experience implementation compensation structures within an organization.
C.Strong technical expertise and analytical ability. Extensive experience with various HRMS and Payroll systems.
D.Decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational implementation and detail oriented perspective
E.Superior communication skills. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to employee groups, management at all levels of the company, the Board and outside organizations.
F.Experience in managing highly transactional/administrative areas of responsibility
G.Expert knowledge of government & legal regulations pertaining to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
H.Experience with implementing and adhering to Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
I.Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
J.Commitment to customer service (internal and external customers).
