Areas of focus include: compliance and reporting, corporate recovery and reorganization, energy industry transactions, engineering valuation and fixed asset management, litigation and dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning and finance.Responsibilities: Associates will direct financial consulting engagements relating to business and financial reporting valuation and determine valuation of tangible and intangible assets for regulatory, financial or tax purposes as a result of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures or financial restructuring.Job Requirements

BS/BA degree in accounting and/or finance

At least 2 years of work experience in a financial valuation position
