VRU SENIOR DEVELOPER - ANALYST 1
Determines specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software development methodologies either individually or as part of a project team.
Provide design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy. Develop integrated voice response-based applications and custom integration solutions. Provide expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business.
Act as a team leader as related to the Systems Life Cycle. Develops programming and development standards. Act as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
This position is with a cutting edge technology leader that is the largest health insurance claims processor in the United States and one of the largest companies in South Carolina.
REQUIREMENTS IBM WebSphere Voice Response version 3.2 or greater (required, 5 years) VRU development experience (StateTables, Prompts and 3270 Scripts and Screens) (required, 5 years) Familiar with AIX basic Korn shell commands (required, 5 years) ViaVoice Speech Recognition (nice to have, 3 years) Working knowledge of ViaVoice Speech Recognition Grammars (nice to have, 3 years) Working knowledge of C or C++ (nice to have, 2 years) CICS/IBM MQ s technology (nice to have, 5 years) Knowledge of PVCS source code control system (nice to have, 1 years) Full Life Cycle Development (nice to have, 5 years) Application Design/Architecture (nice to have, 5 years) CTI and Insurance or Call Center industry experience (nice tohave)
