One of our dynamic publicly traded clients is looking for a VP of Finance with very strong SEC reporting skills. This company has just relocated its accounting operations to Florida and is looking for a strong player to round out its financial management team. The ideal candidate will either be straight from public accounting, or have a mix of public accounting and private industry, again with strong experience with SEC reporting for public clients.

The ideal candidate will have 8 - 13 years of experience, and an easy going, roll with the punches type of demeanor. Must be able to handle change and deal in a dynamic environment. Acquisition experience would be a plus, as well as SOX. Strong supervisory experience a must.

CPA certification, SEC experience, and a mix of public and private accounting are all required. This fun, flexible company offers minimal travel, casual environment and a flexible work life balance.
