VP of Finance

Responsibilities: A reputable financial services firm is seeking a VP of Finance, with direct report to the CFO. The VP of Finance will manage a group of 15 professionals. The successful candidate will lead a team that will relied upon to provide accurate and timely financial information for a company that anticipates an IPO in the next 18-24 months. Monthly SEC reporting is a current requirement as well as the preparation of reports to the Board of Governors and various sub-committees of the Board.
