VP of Finance - $190,000

Classification: Full Time Compensation: Pay up to $190,000 per year Growing East Side company seeks an outgoing and results oriented Vice President of Finance. This position will report directly to the President of the company. The ideal candidate will have prior extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Responsibilities with mergers and acquisitions will include the ability to perform financial due diligence on potential acquisitions, ability to define process for acquisition financial integration.
The VP's duties will also include, but not limited to, all financial aspects of the company, supporting the President in making key decisions, leading role in planning and objective setting, budget and forecasting, performance metrics, financial statements, internal management reporting, financial analysis as well as interface with the CFO on cooperate and strategic matters.Founded in 1948, Robert Half Finance & Accounting pioneered financial recruitment and today is the worldwide leader in the field.
