$140K-$160K + 20% Bonus (Shares Possible)VP of Financial Planning & Analysis needed for fast-growth international technology company with $500M+ in revenues and publicly-held (NYSE). CFO career path opportunity. Critical role with dual reporting directly to the President and Corporate CFO. Comprehensive accountability for high level finance, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business intelligence systems.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:- 10+ years of financial leadership and operational accounting in a public company- Experience in managing International and national finance teams.
- In-depth international background including conversions/foreign exchange – ability to optimize financial decisions when 10% of operational revenue originates from foreign operations
- Proven financial track record in high-growth organic expansion and M&A-intensive environments including due diligence and financing.
- Adept in managing finance team and systems migrations and consolidations
- Skilled in optimizing financial systems and maximizing shared services resources
- Historic success in technology, communications, and business services industries
- Deep expertise in supporting operating units and CEO/COO with financial leadership
related to budgeting, planning, forecasting, trend analysis, operational cost control, pricing.
- Well versed in all financial reporting functions including directing billing, receivables, credit, collections, analysis/modeling,- Must thrive in entrepreneurial corporate culture where aggressive business strategies, vision, and a temperament for change are embraced.
REQUIREMENTS
CREDENTIALS:Min. education requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
MBA, CFA or CPA credentials.International travel required
