Vice President, Financial Planning & AnalysisThis position is responsible for performing various types of financial and operational analysis for individual channels and preparing forecast reports that will be used by Senior Management to monitor and evaluate economic opportunities. Key functions include developing methodology and implementing systems and procedures to forecast business/channel line profitability. Involves evaluating the pricing structure and relative NECs on a product and grade basis, on as ongoing basis, in addition to monitoring loan volumes by origination location, product type, grade and origination source, in order to make recommendations to Senior Management that will assist in increasing low cost originations and revenue levels.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field, along with 5+ years experience in complex financial analysis, preferably in a banking or financial services setting, and within a fast-growing organization. CPA and/or MBA, preferred. Knowledge of the laws regulating mortgage banking is essential. Proficiency in PC use (Windows and related applications, Excel and Word) is a must. Effective interpersonal communications skills, including stand-up presentation skills are mandatory.
