Underwriting Auditor

Seeking an experienced Underwriter, who has exceptional customer service skills, and is detail oriented. The position entails, but is not limited to, examining and analyzing the offices and activities of the general agencies to detect deficient controls and non-compliance with laws, regulations and company policy and procedures. Make recommendations for corrective action as a result of audits. Prepare detailed progress reports and review loss ratio. This candidate should be versed in underwriting guidelines, with a minimum of 2 years commercial underwriting experience. Should be able to travel with minimum notice. A financial background and a 220 license is a plus but not required.
