Since 1997, we have been providing risk solutions to multinational corporations, exporters, banks and institutional investors who do business in emerging markets. We are a recognized leader in the field having recently won Trade Finance Magazine's Best Private Insurer award for the fifth consecutive year.
We are willing to train someone to underwrite and analyze new and renewal Political and Trade Credit Risk business. Responsibilities will include:Analyzing project and country risk
Providing customer support on existing policies, including drafting amendments, researching and resolving customer problems
Providing internal administrative support associated with existing policies, including preparing billing documentation and file maintenance
Marketing to clients and brokersUnderwriting policies for both political and trade credit risks arising in emerging marketsJob Qualifications:If you have at least 2+ years of financial services industry experience with a focus on financial analysis and an interest in working in a global environment, please visit our website and apply.MBA or MA in Economics or International Relations strongly preferred. Relevant experience in a global environment a plus. Public speaking and foreign language skills a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills required. May require some travel. Must be able to function effectively in team environment. PC literate.
