We are seeking a dedicated RN to assist in educating our members and encouraging them to take a more active role in their own care. Primary responsibilities include:
Working directly with members telephonically to help them participate in their own care decisions

Educating patients and providing emotional support regarding their diagnosis

Providing treatment options

Documenting member status


Job Requirements:

The chosen candidate must be an RN with a current, unrestricted license in the state of Texas with significant clinical experience. A background in telephonic triage or other phone-based customer service is highly preferred. Experience in oncology will be very helpful. Computer proficiency is a must.
