We have an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic Travel &
Entertainment Audit Specialist!



General Duties:

Audit expense reports for Travel and Entertainment expense
to ensure compliance with company guidelines.

Follow-up with employees/ management for expenses outside
of company guidelines, as needed.

Verify inclusion of receipts for expenses requiring
documentation and follow-up with employees as needed.

Prepare monthly audit report to senior management.



Skill Requirements:

Knowledge of Company travel and expense guidelines

Accurate verification of incoming documents.

Strong attention to detail

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of
management

Skills to identify and investigate discrepancies in expense
records.

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to utilize all available resources to expedite
completion of assignments.
