Transient Collector

Purpose:
Tribune Company's Credit & Collections Department is currently seeking a Transient Collector. This position includes the collection and credit review of annual transient revenue in excess of $40 million. The individual selected to fill this role will be controlling the continuation of credit extension on all transient accounts, managing credit terms and policies, contacting advertisers for collection of past due amounts and resolving disputes. The collector will recommend accounts for collection and/or adjustment and maintaining accurate account information and records.
REQUIREMENTS
This individual will be asked to possess a high level of customer service skills. Prior collection experience is desirable and online system experience is a necessity. We look forward to viewing your resume.
