Transaction Services Senior Associate:
A client of ours who is a leading provider of financially focused business services including growing Mergers & Acquisitions, Is currently looking for a Transaction Services Professional to join their team as a Transaction Services senior Associate. Our client’s environment is team oriented and promotes continued professional development and certification.

This is an opportunity to be part of a growing Transaction Services Consulting team within one of the most profitable regions. Continued growth has resulted in the need for a Senior Associate to join. Transaction Services provides merger, acquisition, and divestiture advisory assistance to national and regional companies in many diversified industries. As well as support organizations throughout the transaction life cycle including both strategic and financial buyers and sellers. In addition to due diligence services, they provide transaction support including pre-bid assessments, comprehensive buy-side and sell-side due diligence, integration risk assessments, and accounting and tax transaction advisory services.

This position will be responsible for:
• Running financial due diligence assignments for buyers and lenders to middle market companies.
• Being intimately involved in analyzing target company’s earnings, assets, risks and exposures.
• Interviewing target management team members, identify deal issues and communicate financial and operating matters to interested parties.
• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of findings in detailed and comprehensive reporting.
• Monitoring personal productivity, build ongoing professional expertise in this field and comply with all industry and company policies, procedures and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
BS degree in accounting, finance or business with a minimum of 3 years of public accounting or related consulting firm experience.
• Prior exposure to merger and acquisition transactional services strongly preferred.
• CPA or working towards successful completion of CPA preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and paperless audit environment.
• Detail oriented and excellent follow up skills.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills necessary to interact directly with clients.
