Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice offers companies professional transaction experience. We help clients determine the right deal to do, and then assist them in doing the deal right. Within TAS, our Valuation group helps clients understand the value of their business, their securities, intellectual property, capital equipment, real estate, intangibles, and other assets. E&Y Valuation is comprised of several key areas, including Business Valuation and Capital Equipment. We currently have a career opportunity for a Manager to join our talented and team-oriented group. Responsibilities Serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams, managing business valuations for management planning; mergers and acquisitions; financial reporting; tax and regulatory compliance; restructuring and reorganization; and corporate strategy. Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed. Assume a leadership role in report generation and detailed financial modeling. Maintain and develop positive, productive, and professional relationships with clients. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis Must have 5 years of relevant experience with a venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, or national valuation firm, or experience in the valuation practice of an accounting firm Must have the ability to manage project expenditures against budget and revenue, and provide sound guidance to team members to ensure the completion of work deliverables excellent analytical, project-management, communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills PC proficiency including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint This particular position at Ernst & Young in the United States requires the qualified candidate to be a "United States worker" as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor regulations at 20 CFR 656.3.
