Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice is one of the firm's three primary business units and offers clients financial and strategic transaction assistance with respect to acquisitions, alliances and joint ventures, issuance, repurchases, restructuring, sales and divestitures, or securitizations. Our Transaction Tax practice provides approaches to complex issues through a variety of services including transaction structuring, advisory services, analysis of purchase and sale agreements, and tax strategies. Within our Transaction Tax practice, the Center of Excellence (CoE) provides clients with assistance with respect to utilization of federal tax attributes, stock basis studies, earnings and profits analysis, and transaction cost analysis. We are currently seeking candidates for a career opportunity as a Senior or Manager within the CoE of Transaction Tax. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify for this position, candidates must have: - 4-7 years of tax consulting or compliance experience - a CPA or accounting degree - excellent supervisory and organizational skills - ability to interact with clients and practice leaders- willingness and ability to travel, when necessary
