The trainer is responsible for facilitating classroom training for both new and existing associates. You will evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and work with a team to design, develop and deliver customized technical and procedural training for our accounting associates.Qualifications
Candidates must have:

At least 3-5 years experience in technical training, including skills in needs assessment, training design, development, delivery and trainer coaching

Experience walking groups through changes in process and procedure is a mustPreferred experience includes:

Experience within an accounting environment

Experience facilitating training for small groups and one-on-one training

Ability to multitask and coordinate projects on an as needed basis

Ability to communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form with people at all levels
of the organization

Experience in developing and maintaining collaborative business relationships
